Sean Duddy is an Associate at Keller Postman LLC. He represents clients throughout the United States in a wide range of litigation and arbitration matters, including consumer protection, labor and employment, and product-liability cases.
At Keller Postman, Sean is a key contributor to the firm’s arbitration practice and has played a crucial role in these matters in all types of forums, from federal courts of appeals to individual arbitrations. In support of the practice, he also has helped develop a sophisticated set of technological tools and processes in order to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Honored for his litigation prowess and impact on the firm, Sean was named as a 2021 Elite Trial Lawyers Rising Star by American Law Media and The National Law Journal. He was also named a 2022 Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star for demonstrating outstanding professional achievement and attaining a high degree of peer recognition.
Before joining Keller Postman, Sean served as a law clerk for Judge Rudolph Contreras of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Sean was also an associate at WilmerHale LLP in Washington, D.C., where he represented companies in investigations and litigation involving the Securities and Exchange Commission, Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and other federal and state regulators.
Sean earned his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. He earned his undergraduate degree in finance from Ohio State University, graduating summa cum laude. He was also a two-time captain of the Men’s Varsity Ice Hockey team and was a finalist for the NCAA Division I Senior CLASS Award.
