Christopher D. Johnson is an Associate at Keller Postman LLC. Drawing on experience as a prosecutor, federal civil litigator, and Army Reserve Judge Advocate, Christopher combines strategic advocacy with a practical, client-centered approach to litigation. He is committed to helping clients navigate complex legal disputes with clarity, diligence, and unwavering dedication.

Before joining Keller Postman, Christopher represented petitioners in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, managing all phases of litigation involving medically complex claims. His responsibilities included case development, motion practice, damages analysis, and evidentiary hearings.

Christopher also served on active duty as a litigation attorney with the U.S. Army Litigation Division, where he assisted in the defense of the United States in complex Federal Tort Claims Act litigation involving medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, and other high-exposure civil claims. Earlier in his military service, he advocated for the Army’s interests in administrative and federal litigation involving military personnel actions, disability benefits, military pay, habeas petitions, and challenges brought under the Administrative Procedure Act.

Earlier in his legal career, Christopher served as a prosecutor with the Office of the State Attorney for Florida’s Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County. There, he managed a high-volume caseload involving misdemeanor, juvenile, and domestic violence offenses, gaining extensive courtroom experience through bench trials, jury trials, motion practice, and evidentiary hearings.

Christopher earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he served as a Student Bar Association Class Representative and competed on the Trial Team. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. He is admitted to practice law in Florida, is admitted to the Bar of the United States Court of Federal Claims, and continues to serve as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve Judge Advocate General’s Corps.

Christopher is licensed to practice law in Florida only.

Quote

"Throughout my career, the most rewarding part of practicing law has been helping people navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives. That's what draws me to plaintiffs' work. Every case represents someone placing their trust in their attorney to fight for them when the stakes are deeply personal. I never take that responsibility lightly. I approach each matter with the understanding that behind every file is a person, and I consider it both a privilege and a responsibility to advocate tirelessly for the justice they deserve."
