Michelle Marshall is an Associate at Keller Postman LLC and offers a unique perspective on each case, leveraging her prior judicial experience and deep understanding of the law to secure favorable outcomes for her clients.

At Keller Postman, Michelle advocates for her clients across a variety of litigation disputes. Currently, Michelle is a member of the litigation team handling the firm’s acetaminophen claims.

Prior to joining Keller Postman, Michelle served as a law clerk to Associate Justice Mark S. Massa on the Indiana Supreme Court. She earned her law degree from George Washington University Law School. Before and during law school, Michelle was a Conference Assistant to Associate Justices Anthony M. Kennedy and Brett M. Kavanaugh at the U.S. Supreme Court. Michelle earned her undergraduate degree from Saint Mary’s College of Notre Dame, Indiana, where she played varsity soccer and led the team as a two-year captain.

Michelle is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and Indiana.
