Luvenia Williams is a Settlement and Workup Attorney at Keller Postman LLC. She possesses extensive experience leading high-volume legal operations and overseeing class action settlement administration, while effectively managing and cultivating strong client relationships. Luvenia is recognized for her exceptional analytical acumen, clear and effective communication, and her ability to translate complex challenges into efficient, scalable solutions.
Prior to joining Keller Postman, Luvenia served at Angeion Group, where she led the end-to-end administration of class action settlements, consistently ensuring adherence to timelines, compliance requirements, and deliverables. In this role, she also acted as the primary client liaison, coordinating cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to drive efficient execution and resolve complex issues.
Previously, Luvenia held the position of Supervising Attorney at Epiq Global, where she led and developed a team of attorneys, overseeing workload distribution, performance management, and escalation resolution. She additionally implemented process improvements to enhance operational consistency and accuracy, while producing forecasting, performance, and budget reports for senior leadership.
Luvenia is deeply committed to volunteerism and was honored with the Pro Bono Impact Award by North Carolina Central University School of Law for accruing the highest number of volunteer hours within her graduating class. She has also served as a Guardian ad Litem volunteer advocate for nine years and was featured on the “All Things Judicial” podcast by the Wake County Courts in recognition of her outstanding contributions to the Guardian ad Litem program.
