Giana Embrogno is an Attorney at Keller Postman. She brings her legal expertise, passion for pursuing justice for victims, empathetic nature, and desire for direct client interaction to support the firm’s advancement of plaintiff’s claims.

Since joining Keller Postman, Giana’s practice focuses on mass torts and complex torts litigation. Particularly, Giana supports the firm’s efforts in representing servicemembers, military families, and other civilians who were exposed to toxic water at U.S. Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. She values the opportunity to work closely with clients, listen to each of their stories, and ensure they receive the advocacy they deserve.

Before joining the firm, Giana spent several years as an e-discovery attorney. She worked alongside several esteemed firms through various agencies, where she was responsible for managing all aspects of large-scale discovery projects in high-profile commercial, pharmaceutical, and DOJ litigation.

During law school, Giana served as a law clerk for the Honorable Diane M. Palos of the Cuyahoga Court of Common Pleas, where she assisted the Court in probate and domestic relations matters.

She graduated from Cleveland Marshall College of Law and earned her undergraduate degree in psychology at Baldwin Wallace University.
