Pam Morgan

In her current position, Pam is instrumental in developing strategic partnerships and maintaining robust relationships with co-counsel and other key stakeholders. Her approach is characterized by a commitment to fostering collaborative relationships and facilitating seamless communication across various parties, ensuring that strategic objectives are perfectly aligned and executed.

Before joining Keller Postman, Pam gained valuable experience working for a plaintiff-side employment law firm, where she honed her skills in legal advocacy and client services. Following this, she transitioned to Bloomberg Law, where she was responsible for managing regional law firm teams and overseeing the national law school program. Her role focused on enhancing client relationships and optimizing service delivery.

She holds a Juris Doctor from St. Louis University School of Law and an MBA from the University of Illinois, enabling her to effectively bridge the gap between legal considerations and business objectives.
