Known for her meticulous attention to detail and steadfast commitment to client advocacy, Daria has successfully managed cases from inception to trial, overseeing all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and courtroom proceedings as lead attorney. Daria earned her law degree from Temple University and her undergraduate degree from Penn State University. While at law school Daria served as an editor for the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review and published two articles, The Heartbreak of Not Making Automated External Defibrillators Available for Public Use and Personal Freedoms for All, Patient Health Protection For None: The Exemption to Vaccination Indefinitely Broadened in Valent. Daria is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
