Before joining Keller Postman, Julia advocated on behalf of the Virginia Department of Transportation in their employee grievance hearings. She also worked as an associate for Livesay & Myers in Fairfax, Virginia, where she represented clients in a variety of domestic relations matters in numerous state jurisdictions. Additionally, after graduating from law school, Julia was a staff attorney at Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll in Washington D.C., where she worked on behalf of plaintiffs in class action antitrust lawsuits.
Julia earned her undergraduate degree from UC Santa Barbara, graduating with High Honors and Distinction in the Major. She earned her law degree from The George Washington University Law School. While in law school, Julia spent a summer interning for The Honorable Stephen G. Larson in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and worked as a research assistant in the field of complex litigation.
