Prior to Keller Postman, he served as a Vice President at Paylocity, a leading HR software company, where he held several key roles, including responsibility for Ongoing Service, Customer Implementation, and Operational tools. During his tenure at Paylocity, John played a crucial role in driving the company’s growth from $100 million to over $1 billion in annual recurring revenue. Before Paylocity, he spent several years at Paychex, Inc. where in his last role as Director of Small Business Services, Eastern USA Region, he was responsible for over 70,000 client experiences in addition to his other duties.
John earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics from SUNY Oneonta.
