At Keller Postman, Ken supports the Chief of Litigation Services by coordinating and delegating litigation support work to paralegals and legal assistants, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. He also oversees the operational and procedural side of litigation across every stage, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, arbitration, trial preparation, and appeals.
Before joining Keller Postman, Ken was an Associate at McShane, P.C. where he represented clients in construction and insurance litigation matters. Ken also has extensive legal experience as a litigation paralegal working on high profile cases from case initiation through trial and appeals.
Ken earned his J.D. from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Hartwick College.
Ken is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia.
