Michele Rose is an Attorney at Keller Postman LLC. She is a senior litigator with seasoned skill in all aspects of complex and class action litigation.

Michele has spent over two decades litigating class action matters, with extensive experience including pre-trial investigations, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, litigation strategy, and trial. Michele has a substantial background in managing teams of lawyers, expert witnesses, and litigation support professionals.

Michele has previously been a litigation partner at Latham & Watkins, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, and Goodwin Proctor. She has over 25 years of experience practicing primarily in areas of securities class action and corporate governance. She has extensive experience leading large teams of lawyers and experts in all aspects of large-scale litigation and internal and government investigations.

Michele served as a law clerk for Judge Richard A. Paez of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Michele earned her law degree from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley. She has also earned a degree from L’Academie De Cuisine in pastry arts.

Michele is licensed to practice law in Virginia only.
