Shane Kelly is an Associate at Keller Postman LLC. He concentrates his practice on consumer protection and product liability.

Shane is a committed and passionate advocate for plaintiffs. He leverages his experience litigating complex and high-stakes disputes to deliver exceptional results for his clients.

At Keller Postman, Shane concentrates his practice on consumer protection matters. He currently represents consumers in several putative class actions challenging Amazon’s anticompetitive pricing policies. Shane also represents a coalition of states challenging Google’s anticompetitive and deceptive conduct in various advertising technology markets.

Before joining Keller Postman, Shane was a litigation associate at Baker McKenzie, where his practice focused on post-acquisition disputes and SEC enforcement matters. Throughout his career, Shane has also devoted significant time and effort to his pro bono practice. Most recently, he was named volunteer of the year for the Center for Disability and Elder Law in Chicago.

Shane graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa.
