At Keller Postman, Nicole’s practice focuses on product liability matters. She is a member of the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee for the Paragard IUD MDL. She also runs the firm’s Depo-Provera litigation in state courts throughout the country. Nicole manages her leadership responsibilities while also overseeing the litigation of the firm’s individual client matters in Depo-Provera, Paragard, 3M Combat Arms Earplugs, among others.
Before joining Keller Postman, Nicole worked in litigation finance, where she analyzed legal and regulatory issues to make investment decisions, gaining significant insight into a wide variety of practice areas and types of legal claims. Nicole also was an associate at Jenner & Block LLP, where she represented clients in complex and federal litigation at the trial and appellate levels, as well as in internal and regulatory investigations. Prior to attending law school, Nicole was a senior options trader at Peak6 Investments.
Nicole served as a law clerk to Judge Jay Bybee of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She earned her law degree from the University of Illinois, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Illinois Law Review and graduated summa cum laude. Nicole earned her master’s degree in financial mathematics from the University of Chicago and her undergraduate degree in mathematics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
