Brian Czarnecki is an Associate at Keller Postman LLC. He represents plaintiffs in a variety of disputes, with a particular focus on product-liability matters.

Prior to joining Keller Postman, Brian was an Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorney’s Office in Pittsburgh, where he led investigations and prosecuted a variety of federal crimes. As an AUSA, Brian worked on matters involving national security and cybercrimes, regularly appeared in federal court, and successfully tried multiple cases to verdict.

Before joining the United States Attorney’s Office, Brian was an associate at Wilkinson Stekloff LLP, where he represented corporations in complex civil litigation. Brian was a member of three successful trial teams—teams that won two state-court bellwether trials in a product-liability dispute as well as a team that won a complete defense verdict in a multi-state consumer fraud class action.

Brian served as a law clerk for Judge Thomas Hardiman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He earned his law degree from Yale Law School and his undergraduate degree in nuclear engineering from the United States Military Academy.

Before law school, Brian served as an officer in the United States Army. During his five years of service, Brian deployed twice to Afghanistan and was awarded the Bronze Star.

Brian is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia only.
