The Wall Street Journal: 3M Combat Arms Earplugs Blamed for Hearing Loss in Largest Set of U.S. Suits

April 9, 2021

“This is affecting how I live…I want them to own up to it,” Army Staff Sgt. Benjamin Butler told the Wall Street Journal of his injuries as a result of using 3M Combat Arms Earplugs while deployed in Afghanistan.

Keller Postman proudly represents Staff Sgt. Butler and more than 9,000 other military servicemembers who used 3M’s earplugs. More than 200,000 claimants in the 3M Combat Arms Earplug Product Liability Litigation MDL allege that they suffer from hearing injuries caused by 3M’s product.

In addition to working on behalf of our clients in this matter, Keller Postman Partner Nicole Berg serves on the plaintiffs’ leadership team. Nicole and all of us at Keller Postman continue to work diligently to secure recoveries for our servicemember clients and hold 3M accountable.
