Three Years Into Life as a Plaintiffs Shop, The Big Law Vets at Keller Postman Are in Full-On Expansion Mode

January 12, 2021

Notwithstanding the challenge of COVID-19, national plaintiffs’ firm Keller Postman is in full-on expansion mode. The firm’s headcount has grown by 80% since March 2020—nearly doubling its Chicago team and more firmly establishing its Washington, D.C. office.

“We occupy a distinct niche,” said Partner Warren Postman. “I think folks see that we are doing work on the plaintiffs’ side in a creative way, and that’s something that a lot of people thought might be more exciting,” Postman said. “We present a concrete option where folks can see themselves doing that.”

Keller Postman lawyers hold leadership positions in coordinated litigation throughout the United States; its cases include matters that are at the forefront of antitrust and privacy litigation; and as the New York Times has reported, its arbitration strategies have left defendants “scared to death.”

Largely hailing from national defense-oriented law firms—and having clerked at the Supreme Court of the United States and federal courts of appeals and district courts throughout the country—Keller Postman attorneys have sharpened their legal acumen through the practice of law at the highest levels.
