The Contingency Fee Model 

• No Win, No Fee: You do not pay us fees unless we win you a settlement payment. 
• Percentage-Based Fees: A predetermined percentage of your settlement will be used to pay us, and the rest goes directly to you.  
• No Out-of-Pocket Costs: You’ll never have to pay us anything out of pocket. 

How This Differs from Hourly Billing 

• Hourly Billing: Traditionally, lawyers charge an hourly rate for their services. These charges can add up fast when challenges come up in the case.  
• You Always Pay: Clients must pay even if they lose their claim. And they’re typically making payments straight from their own pocket from the beginning of their case until it ends.

• Lowering your risks: Since you’re not paying upfront fees, there’s less risk involved in pursuing your case. 
• Knowing your costs upfront: You’ll have a much clearer picture of the total fees you may have to pay for their case. 
• Motivation to Maximize: Our team has every reason to fight for the maximum possible compensation for every client, because if we can increase our clients’ settlements or awards, our payment will increase too. In the hourly billing model, attorneys have incentive to work more, but winning is not required for them to get paid.
