Kathrene Perakis is a Staff Attorney at Keller Postman LLC.

At Keller Postman, Kathrene works on behalf of the servicemembers and civilians affected by contaminated water at Camp Lejeune. Kathrene brings together her extensive experience in client services and leading large teams to effectively liaise between Keller Postman’s legal and client management teams.

Before joining Keller Postman, Kathrene was an attorney at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and Covington & Burling LLP. At those firms, she handled matters for companies across a variety of practice areas including government and internal investigations and high-profile mergers. She developed extensive experience of all phases of litigation on multidistrict litigation related to auto emission standards and the opioid crisis.

Of her most notable accomplishments, Kathrene was seconded to Discovery Communications at Covington, where she worked closely with senior management and in-house lawyers during their merger with WarnerMedia. Her contributions to the team were recognized when the firm was awarded Merger Matter of the Year by Global Competition Review.

Kathrene earned her law degree from The George Washington University Law School and her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida.

Kathrene is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and New York only.
