Jaclyn Leader is an Attorney at Keller Postman LLC. She represents plaintiffs bringing consumer protection and product liability claims in mass arbitration and mass tort litigation.

At Keller Postman, Jaclyn has represented military veterans harmed by defective earplugs manufactured by 3M; Amazon customers alleging privacy violations arising out of their use of Alexa-enabled devices; and low-income consumers alleging consumer fraud claims against TurboTax.

Prior to Keller Postman, Jaclyn was an attorney at Torys LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP, both in New York, where she litigated complex commercial matters with a focus on deal litigation, as well as employment and intellectual property disputes.

Jaclyn is also passionate about pro bono work. She was part of a team that won a TrustLaw Collaboration Award from Thomson Reuters for its work in submitting recommendations to the Indiana Supreme Court regarding legislative models to prevent sex trafficking videos from circulating on social media and search engines. She has represented incarcerated individuals in civil rights matters, asylum seekers, and victims of domestic violence, among other areas of pro bono service.

Jaclyn earned her law degree from University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she was a member of the California Law Review and an associate editor of the Berkeley Journal of International Law. She graduated from Vassar College with General Honors and Departmental Honors in Political Science.

Jaclyn is also trained in mediation with advanced training in commercial disputes.
