Melinda Maxson is an Attorney at Keller Postman. Her background in high-stakes commercial litigation, as well as complex personal injury makes her an experienced and passionate advocate for her clients.

At Keller Postman, Melinda’s practice focuses on consumer protection, product liability, and privacy rights.  She is currently supporting mass arbitrations and class actions involving violations of state and federal privacy laws, consumer fraud, and product liability claims.  Melinda also assists clients throughout the settlement process, working to ensure our clients receive the full value of their claims.

Before joining Keller, Postman, Melinda worked for the St. Louis firm of Brown & Crouppen where she counseled clients on serious and catastrophic personal injury claims and workman’s compensation. Prior to representing injured plaintiffs, Melinda was an associate in the product liability departments of Husch & Eppenberger, and Shook, Hardy, and Bacon.  She was also a partner at Berry & Maxson, LLC where she represented clients in commercial litigation, securities litigation, product liability claims, and contract disputes.
