At Keller Postman, Maureen is currently supporting the firm’s initiatives by representing individuals, families and military personnel affected by the tragic water contamination at Camp Lejeune.
Prior to joining Keller Postman, Maureen advised and counseled thousands of individual clients on serious personal injury and worker’s compensation claims at a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm. However, she started her career as a civil defense attorney representing businesses and insurance companies before transferring to the plaintiff’s side. Her defense background has given her the unique ability to understand the tactical approaches that companies utilize to defend clients’ claims.
Maureen obtained her undergraduate degree in History from Saint Louis University and was a pre-law scholar. She earned her law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law where she served as an editor on the Saint Louis University Public Law Review and a faculty fellow to a law professor.
"Plaintiff’s attorneys do not simply fight for monetary compensation; we fight for justice, dignity and the fundamental rights of our clients to heal and rebuild their lives after a tragedy. It is why it is important to me to create and maintain meaningful connections with my clients to better understand their individual wants and motivations, so that together, we can obtain the best outcome for them."
