Kelly Parfitt is an Attorney at Keller Postman LLC. She utilizes a decade of experience in e-discovery to represent clients in class action cases.

At Keller Postman, Kelly co-manages teams of e-discovery attorneys who assist in discovery and production for large litigation cases, analyzing the production documents for responsiveness, privilege, key words and PII/sensitive information.

Before joining Keller Postman, she worked on engagements for large marque firms as a contract attorney. The work spanned electronic and traditional pre-trial work in the commercial, IP, financial, pharmaceutical, DOJ antitrust investigations, data privacy, and energy industry arenas. She assisted in managing 50+ attorneys in a large, long-term energy litigation case.

Kelly is a graduate of Western Michigan University Cooley Law School with an International Concentration, where she was an Associate Editor of the Journal and Practical Law. She earned her B.B.A. in Marketing and Business Management from University of Michigan-Dearborn. She completed an internship at the International Bar Association in London.

Kelly is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Michigan only.

"Reading the military files of our veteran clients inspires me to work hard on the 3M case. They’ve persevered through injuries and illnesses to fight for our country. Hearing loss and tinnitus are injuries that seem particularly isolating and difficult to deal with at a younger age than normal. My Dad also suffered substantial hearing loss through his job, and I know how hard it is for him to feel included when he struggles to hear a conversation. I’m looking forward to a financial resolution to the case but know no amount of money is enough to compensate for that loss."
