His practice focuses on helping clients navigate complex cases with clarity and confidence, whether through pre-suit strategy, discovery management, or trial preparation. He is known for his methodical approach to legal challenges, commitment to collaborative problem-solving, and ability to translate complicated issues into practical solutions that advance his clients’ best interests.
Before joining Keller Postman, Manny practiced at Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. and Ged Lawyers, LLP. Over the course of his career, he represented both insurance carriers and insureds in coverage disputes across Florida courts, handling matters that involved detailed factual analysis, expert coordination, and settlement negotiation. His experience spans the full litigation process, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and mediation.
Manny earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2011, where he received the Book Award for Conflicts of Law. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Miami (2008).
