Douglas Snyder is a Law Clerk at Keller Postman LLC. Through a client-first approach equal parts rigorous and relentless, he will provide clients with the level of advocacy required to take on the biggest corporations in the world.

At Keller Postman, Douglas will focus on antitrust and consumer protection matters, including what will likely be largest class action in the history of our legal system.

Douglas co-founded the National Plaintiff’s Law Association, a 501(c)3 providing resources and support to students interested in becoming plaintiff’s attorneys. As the NPLA’s first Membership Director, Douglas nearly quintupled the number of law schools with active chapters.

Before law school, Douglas worked as Legislative Director for a member of the Texas State House of Representatives, then, later, in technical support and data analytics roles for state political organizations.

Douglas graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and received the PTLA James J. Manderino Award for Trial Advocacy. He served as a Comments Editor for the Law Review and won the 2025 Edwin R. Keedy Cup, the law school’s intramural moot court competition. His comment on the ALI’s proposed medical monitoring standard, Blessed Are The (Global) Peacemakers, was published in Volume 173 of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.

In addition to his J.D., Douglas received a Masters in Bioethics (M.B.E.) through the Perelman School of Medicine at Penn. Prior, he attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned degrees in Management Information Systems and Government.

Quote

"Through the zealous pursuit of private justice, I fight for the public interest. Corporations too often get away with putting profits over people. - In striving for the best possible results for our clients, I hope to make fraudulent, harmful corporate practices unaffordable—and, as a result, our world cleaner, safer, and fairer."
