At Keller Postman, Pat helps drive the firm’s ground-breaking mass arbitration practice, which has delivered justice to hundreds of thousands of consumers and employees who have been barred from litigating their disputes in court. In his fight to ensure justice for everyday consumers, Pat also litigates consumer fraud cases in federal trial and appellate courts. Pat is also currently building a nationwide probate attorney network to ensure that persons seeking to bring claims on behalf of their loved ones can vindicate their rights under the Camp Lejeune Justice Act.
Prior to joining Keller Postman, Pat served as a law clerk for Magistrate Judge Steven Tiscione of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and Judge Alok Ahuja of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District. Pat has also represented indigent clients in criminal cases brought in state courts and in disciplinary proceedings.
Pat was recognized as a 2023 Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star for demonstrating outstanding professional achievement and attaining a high degree of peer recognition.
Pat earned his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. During law school, Pat received the Dean’s Service Award, the Equal Justice Works Award, and the Honor Scholar Award. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Pat is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Missouri, and New York.
