Jamie Price is an Associate at Keller Postman LLC. She is a seasoned trial and appellate lawyer who has used her litigation, analytical and advocacy skills to successfully represent clients throughout the country.

At Keller Postman, Jamie’s practice focuses on product liability and consumer protection. She currently supports the firm’s Necrotizing Enterocolitis (NEC)/Infant Formula litigation, contributing to litigation strategy development, litigation management, legal research and briefing, discovery, and client management.

Before joining Keller Postman, Jamie was a Partner with Walter │ Haverfield, where she represented clients in complex business disputes, trust and estate litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, and cases involving business torts and contract claims. She handled all aspects of litigation from start to finish, including serving as first and second chair in jury and bench trials in state and federal courts and arguing appeals. Jamie was also previously an associate with Gallagher Sharp, primarily representing attorneys in grievance proceedings and defending against claims of legal malpractice.

Among her most notable matters, Jamie – as one of a two-person first chair team – obtained a rarely-granted directed verdict on behalf of the state and trust of the matriarch of a high-net-worth family against a claim by two of her adult children that her will and trust were the product of undue influence exerted by the youngest of her five children. She, as second chair trial counsel, also successfully litigated a hotly contested shareholder dispute between deadlocked shareholders, where the Court, upon completion of a multi-day bench trial, issued a 30-page opinion finding in favor of Jamie and her colleague’s clients on every issue and claim in the case and awarding their clients all the relief they requested including an award of punitive damages and attorney’s fees.

Jamie earned her law degree at Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she was an Executive Notes Editor of Health Matrix: Journal of Law-Medicine and a member of the Ault Mock Trial Team. She earned her undergraduate degree in sociology with honors from Northwestern University.

Jamie is a 2022 graduate of FDCC Ladder Down Cleveland for Women Lawyers and a 2019 graduate of Cleveland Bridge Builders.

*Jamie is licensed to practice law in Ohio and in the District of Columbia only.
