Sara Aguiniga is an Associate at Keller Postman LLC. She has devoted her career to public institutions and has worked as a case lead on a wide range of cases against large corporations in several states and major cities.

At Keller Postman, Sara is currently working on the Amazon Most Favored Nation case and Google antitrust case.

Prior to joining Keller Postman, Sara was an Associate at Motley Rice, LLC working on the firm’s Public Client group while working on matters that involved mass torts litigation. She represented public clients in consumer protection, human trafficking violations, false and misleading representations, and anti-monopoly litigation matters in several states. With her strong passion for justice and experience in leading many aspects of litigation in civil trials, she has helped to secure settlements that have provided hundreds of millions of dollars for her clients.

Sara earned her law degree from American University, Washington College of Law where she was a member and Managing Director of the Mock Trial Honor Society and a Dean’s Fellow on the Trial Advocacy Program. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in Political Science.

In 2022, Sara was named one of the top 40 trial attorneys under the age of 40, by the National Trial Lawyers. She is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, was a competitor on the Mexican National Figure Skating Team, and has represented unaccompanied minors on a pro-bono basis.
