At Keller Postman, Adam represents clients in consumer protection matters. Currently, he is part of the Keller Postman team representing the State of Texas against Meta Platforms, which violated the privacy rights of millions of Texans.
Before joining Keller Postman, Adam worked with Paine, Tarwater, and Bickers, LLP, where he focused on defense-side mass torts and other commercial matters. Adam then joined Breeding Carter Crippen, PC, where he defended individuals and entities from white collar criminal prosecutions and investigations. At both firms, Adam litigated in both trial and appellate courts across the country.
Adam graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he served in executive roles for both the Federalist Society and the Christian Legal Society. He received his undergraduate degree from Maryville College, majoring in history and graduating summa cum laude.
